Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rankazo ("Rankazo," "we," "us") is a software service that helps Etsy sellers research keywords, grade and optimize their listings, and understand their shop's performance. These Terms govern your use of rankazo.com and the Rankazo dashboard (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Rankazo is (and isn't)

Rankazo is an independent tool for Etsy sellers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Rankazo connects to your Etsy shop through Etsy's official Open API using your explicit authorization (OAuth) — we never ask for or store your Etsy password.

Some of what Rankazo shows you — keyword demand, competition level, listing grades, revenue and profit estimates — is generated by analysis and AI, not measured directly by Etsy. We label estimates as estimates. Rankazo is a research and drafting aid; you are always responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it's published to your live Etsy shop.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Plans, billing, and usage limits

Rankazo offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Basic, Standard, and Pro) billed monthly or annually in USD. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan comes with daily usage limits on specific tools, shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Etsy's own Seller Policy or Terms of Use.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service outside normal use.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is fraudulent, infringing, or misleading.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse shared infrastructure (for example, deliberately exhausting API quotas meant for fair use), or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of your Etsy shop data and any content you generate through Rankazo. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process that data solely to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used).

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Estimates (demand, competition, revenue, profit, grades) are based on available data and modeling, not guarantees of sales, rankings, or income. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service, or continued availability of any specific third-party data source (including Etsy's own API).

This Service is solely provided by Rankazo (the "Application Developer"). You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the Application Developer, do not provide the Application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Application or data accessed through it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankazo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll notify active account holders by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
