Is Free really free, ongoing?
Yes — Free isn't a time-limited trial, and no card is required. You get a daily allowance on the research tools for as long as you want, plus one full Niche Ideas run (4 credits) and 5 Product Ideas credits to try the Beginner Helper. AI Brand Builder, Logo & Banner Design and Make Products are on the paid plans.
What happens if I want more than the Free plan's daily limit?
Upgrade to Basic, Standard, or Pro any time — subscriptions are billed monthly and handled securely through Polar, our payment provider. Your new limits apply immediately.
Do all my usage limits share the same daily pool?
No — each metered tool below has its own separate allowance, so heavy use of one doesn't eat into another. Most reset every day; the ones marked "in total" (Logo & Banner Design, and Free's Beginner Helper credits) are a total for your account.
How do Beginner Helper credits work?
Each Beginner Helper action uses credits from that tool's own allowance: Niche Ideas uses 1 per niche (a run gives 1 main + 3 micro niches, so up to 4), Product Ideas 1 per idea, Make Products 1 per product, AI Brand Builder 5 per brand kit, and Logo & Banner Design 2 per logo + banners. Credits are only used when a run succeeds, and only for what you actually get.
Why do some tools have a daily limit and others don't?
It's tied to real cost, not tier-gating for its own sake. Tools with a limit either call Claude (a real per-use bill to us) or make many live Etsy calls in one go (Tag Insights checks up to 13 tags per run). Tools with no limit either read Rankazo's own already-collected data or cache their result until something real changes, so extra use doesn't cost us more.
Why is Email Marketing only on paid plans?
Every campaign is a real email send through our provider, so unlike the read-only or cached tools, it has a genuine per-use cost even at small volume. It's included, unlimited, on Basic, Standard, and Pro — just not on Free.
Do I need to connect my Etsy shop to use Rankazo?
No — the AI Listing Audit, AI Listing Optimization, Keyword Finder, Product Seeker, and Top Etsy Listings directory all work without connecting a shop. Connecting your shop (one-click, official Etsy login) unlocks Shop Audit, Listing Grading/Audit, One Click Optimization, real Shop Analytics from your own Etsy ledger, and Followup Reminders.
